TRACK 2:Â Life and Leadership Professional Coach Certification (ACC)
This program is specifically for those who have already finished TRACK 1 and are aiming to acquire an ACC ICF Certification or for credentialed ICF Coaches seeking to enhance their skills.
TRACK 2 IS FOR YOU IF:Â
- You want to practice, through peer-to-peer coaching, the coaching models from TRACK 1
- You looking to have your coaching skills evaluated by a mentor coach

You’d like to work toward your ICF ACC or PCC credential
All sessions are conducted in English and delivered live through Zoom.Â
Each class will be limited to a maximum of 15 students.
Prior to enrollment, each student will be scheduled for a consultation with the Director of Education.
You will advance through weekly live classes alongside a small group of peers, acquiring the essential frameworks, tools, and methodologies needed to transform into a highly effective professional coach. After completing Track 1, you will continue into Track 2 of your training.
As a Track 2 student, anticipate diving deeper into the intricacies of coaching. You will refine your skills consistently through a mix of weekly classes, mentor sessions, observed coaching sessions, and direct feedback from ICF-credentialed coaches.
The combined impact of Track 1 and Track 2 launches you to the next tier of proficiency. Upon completion, you will possess all the necessary elements to achieve your ACC credential with the ICF.

Mentor Sessions
- minimum of 7 hours of group mentor sessions
 - 3 one-on-one mentor sessions
Peer-to-Peer
Practice coaching sessions where each individual takes turns being coached by and coaching their peer.
Pod GroupsÂ
Practice coaching sessions where student coaches will be grouped into pods of three participants with each individual rotating roles as the coach, the client, and the observer.
